TERMS & CONDITIONS

RETURNS POLICY

Faulty or damaged items must be notified to Julian Roe Ltd within 48 hours of delivery in writing(e-mail) and returned within 5 days of delivery with all original packing

All items returned because they are unwanted do not receive a credit for postage and packaging, these costs are incurred when we send out your item and cannot be credited unwanted items must be returned at buyers expense

Before returning Items please contact us for a Return Number. We will not accept a returned Item without a return number.

All items must be returned in original UNOPENED packaging within 7 days from date of delivery

Claims for non-delivery must be made within 14 days of placing your order

Damaged in Transit

In the unlikly event of an item being damaged on receipt you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, you must keep ALL packaging and the item for inspection by a Royal Mail or ParcelForce inspection officer, until your claim is completed.

Failure to do so will invalidate your claim

A credit note will be issued for all agreed claims for faulty, damaged or returned items,credit notes are valid for 3 months

For security reasons we will only despatch first orders to the credit card holders address

Products will be charged at the price ruling at time of despatch
Prices are shown GBP Sterling and are nett of VAT
All images used on our site are copyright and must not be reproduced

Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site

We will sometimes send you newsletters of our services and products and changes to our policies and order confirmations if you do not want to receive e-mail from us other than order confirmations and receipts you will be able to un-subscribe

Shipping Information

All postal charges shown at checkout are per carton  

Postal charge for UK zone 1 is £6.50 +VAT per carton up to a weight of 30kg subject to maximum size limits as allowed by our carrier ParcelForce Worldwide  and the suitability of the goods ordered

We will always pack in the lowest number of cartons possible

All shipments require a signature on delivery
